Priya Suresh is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Priya has traveled around the world, living and working on both US coasts and many places in-between. She started practicing yoga ten years ago as a mode of stress relief from studying for exams, and her love for yoga stemmed from the feeling of opening her eyes after finishing a yoga class and feeling relaxed, reenergized, and ready to take on the world.

Currently a professional in the corporate world, she has found yoga, meditation, and conscious breathing as essential tools for relaxation and relief from daily stresses. Priya’s Vinyasa classes are creative flows that integrate teachings from traditional Hatha yoga, principles of embodied anatomy, spiritual aspects of subtle energy, and elements of self-care. She strives to bring a sense of strength and peace to her classes, while creating an open and encouraging environment for everyone to grow in their practice.
