I teach flowing Hatha yoga to small groups and individuals in the Brighton area. My classes focus on the breath, attention to detail within each pose or sequence, and an appreciation of the uniqueness of each individual. My teaching is inspired by various styles of Hatha yoga including Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Iyengar, 'Scaravelli', Restorative Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, Yoga Nidra and the teachings of Desikachar. I have been practising yoga since 1999 and qualified as a BWY certified teacher in 2008 after training with Simon Low and the Yoga Academy. I have also attended training courses with many other amazing teachers including Sarah Powers, Julie Gudmestad, Jason Crandell, Donna Farhi and Pete Blackaby. Most recently I have completed a 'One-to-One Yoga Teaching' course with Kate Ellis.
Yoga keeps my body strong and my mind open, it gives me patience, energy and a place to retreat and rediscover my true self.
