Rachael teaches yoga for mental and physical wellbeing, preparing the body for deep relaxation and emphasising tools that can be used in everyday life to find a deeper more fulfilling way of living. She is interested in the body mind connection and how we can achieve health through healing the mind.

Classes are based on traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga and are suitable for beginner to intermediate level. Rachael also teaches restorative workshops, one 2 ones sessions, and retreats.

Classes are on:
Monday's at Nork Community Centre, Banstead, 7pm-8.30pm (pre-book)

Tuesday's at St Mary's Church Hall, London Rd, Ewell 7pm - 8.30pm (pre-book)

Wednesday's at Woodmansterne Village Hall, Carshalton Road, 6pm - 7.20pm (drop in)
