Rachael teaches yoga for mental and physical wellbeing, preparing the body for deep relaxation and emphasising tools that can be used in everyday life to find a deeper more fulfilling way of living. She is interested in the body mind connection and how we can achieve health through healing the mind.

Classes are based on traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga and are suitable for beginner to intermediate level. Rachael also teaches restorative workshops, one 2 ones sessions, and retreats.

Classes are on:
Monday's at Nork Community Centre, Banstead, 7pm-8.30pm (pre-book)

Tuesday's at St Mary's Church Hall, London Rd, Ewell 7pm - 8.30pm (pre-book)

Wednesday's at Woodmansterne Village Hall, Carshalton Road, 6pm - 7.20pm (drop in)

Rachel is a truly inspiring Yoga teacher full of ideas... she makes it possible for everyone to enjoy her classes beginner or advanced/ young or old.

Rachael's classes always leave me energized and joyful.

Rachael is a thoughtful caring teacher who helps her students develop through really well constructed classes. Her classes are welcoming, friendly and really enjoyable. I leave them feeling energized, relaxed and joyful.
