Firstly I love what I do! I love seeing and supporting the transformations that occur in body and mind as a result of Yoga and Meditation practices.
For me these practices are a training ground to help me get the best out of my life. It's not so much about finding an hour or so of Peace or being able to stand on my head (although that is a likely to happen for most people as a result of regular practice!). For me its about changing my relationship to what happens in my life so I can carry the Peace and Strength I experience in a class into my life. This is what I share in my classes and this is what I encourage. I want you to feel confident in your body and also confident to just Be whoever you are.
In 2015 I spent 6 practicing and learning to teach Ascension Meditation (which has some of its roots in TM) and as a result become an Ishaya Monk with a Sanskrit name, Rajita. The Ishayas are a group of people committed to the happiness of mankind, starting with ourselves. We want you to have a direct experience of your true nature, that which exists beyond the incessant chatter of your mind, which we believe (and have a direct experience of) is Joy!
I offer weekly drop in Yoga classes, master classes, courses, retreat days and in the warmer months Paddleboard Yoga. You might also like to try my Meditation Clinics to help you get the most out of and to help you stick with your practice.
I am also a fully qualified Holistic Therapist so you can also book in for relaxing treats such Aromatherapy and Neuromuscular Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Be Activated.
