Rachel teaches vinyasa flow, rocket, yin, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. She is also a keen runner and is passionate about the complimentary benefits of yoga for athletes with a particular focus on yin yoga. She recently worked with Runnersneed, leading yoga for runners classes. And also teaches at Sweaty Betty. She is based in SW London.
She is a passionate yogini and loves teaching and sharing the multitude of the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
Her classes are always varied, upbeat and flowing. She is anatomically aware and modifies her classes according to her student.
