I practiced my first ever Bikram yoga class in 2010 and was hooked immediately. I gave up my busy job in the city and embarked on the Bikram yoga teacher training in , graduating in November 2012.
Yoga has enhanced so many aspects of my life, not only physically improving my strength and flexibility but mentally improving my focus and concentration. Have struggled with my weight in the past, following fad diets and the latest fitness crazes with no longevity, practicing yoga regularly has maintained my target weight and bought balance back into my life.
I thrive on teaching and love to help people heal old injuries, improve posture, loose weight, tone up, look good and feel great.
