I have been practising Yoga since 2003, taking some breaks during that time and returning to my practice at various points. I qualified as a Teacher in September 2016 under the guidance of Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati. I teach Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility, not only in body, but also in mind, breathing and relaxation are also a big focus in the classes. You are encouraged to take the practice at your pace and to your level and I offer adaptations and variations as and when needed. Classes are strong but also gently flowing with a focus on Yoga Nidra at the end of your practice.
