YogaSprouts' mission is to help all children and young adults achieve their highest potential and experience enduring health and happiness. YogaSprouts teaches yoga to students from the age of two through their teens in a fun, safe, age-appropriate and noncompetitive environment and offers a wide-variety of classes to accommodate the needs of all students.
Yoga can improve an individuals’ mind, body and soul. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion among children while working towards physical fitness in a noncompetitive environment. Children who practice yoga have a better sense of body awareness and self-confidence.
Rachel also has a 200 hr yoga certification and teaches fun, challenging yoga classes that are accessible to everyone. Rachel teaches public and private classes.
