I am passionate about yoga- it makes me happy. It enables me to live a vibrant life and achieve all the things I have set my mind to do. My aim is to share this positivity with YOU. I firmly believe yoga can benefit everyone, as it supports and nurtures you to experience positive health and well being.
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 11 years. I hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Certificate (500 hours)
and the Dru Yoga Teacher qualification (200 hours).
