I have been practicing Yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2006. My style is influenced by the many types of Yoga I have studied over the years: Sivananda, Ashtanga, Anusara and Yin. I also have a deeply rooted Mindfulness practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn (Plum Village). I bring this to all my classes: every class is a deeply mindful and grounding experience giving you tools to take with you into your everyday life to help you to find peace and ease in body, mind and spirit.
