I am a passionate teacher who loves to motivate, inspire students to empower themselves, and find balance in our hectic lives. Yoga is that balance of a healthy mind, spirit and body. I first came to yoga learning an Iyengar style, which helped me learn body awareness and proper alignment and from there I practiced Vinyasa flow. I enjoyed the benefits of my practice so much I wanted to share this knowledge with others. I teach Vinyasa flow, Power and Core flow, Hatha Yin/Yang and Prenatal yoga as well as some therapeutic yoga. I like to offer a well rounded yoga practice
