My yoga practice began during a challenging time in my life full of pain and uncertainty. Over the years, yoga helped me get to know and love my true self, with all of its intricacies, from a point of acceptance and grace. Through my practice I've studied many types of hatha yoga from Mysore Style Ashtanga to Iyengar, but Classical Yoga is the style that I have fallen in love with am honored to teach. I completed my 250-hour Teacher Training Certification with Dawn here at Motherheart Studio in December 2014.
