Hi I'm Rachel (Rocky Mountain Yoga Girl, LLC).
I started practicing yoga in 2014 on my own and by attending as many free events as I could. I came to realize that I loved yoga! I am some who suffers from Anxiety, depression and knew that I would have arthritis and carpal tunnel when I got older.
The more I did Yoga, the calmer I became. I became a calmer mother, a problem solver instead of a yeller. I soon started to crave yoga and some of the poses were a challenge and I love a challenge! Yoga has given me a better life, a better self respect and I'm more in tune with myself and nature than I ever have been.
