Rachel found yoga in 2011. She has been practicing a variety of yoga styles since her beginnings, with a strong focus in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. In 2015 Rachel completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Kindness Yoga in Denver. Her passion for for guiding others on their yogic journey make her classes accessible to people of all walks of life. At Your Soul's Movement, Rachel teaches an all levels Vinyasa Flow class with an Ashtanga influence. You can expect a fun, lighthearted, and well balanced class that focuses on linking your breath and movement to create a moving meditation.
