Rachel is an energetic, friendly yogi who loves the joy of sharing the many benefits that yoga brings for the body and mind. Whether it’s a powerful, sweaty vinyasa class or a peaceful, meditative yin class, Rachel enjoys creating a comfortable, inclusive environment for every body.
She began her yoga journey over 6 years ago, falling in love with the practice instantly after the first challenging class her best friend “dragged” her to. She obtained her RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hr training in Houston, TX and is a Yoga Alliance member.
Rachel is excited to lead and learn through the practice of teaching every amazing, unique person who walks into her class!
