Rachel loves Cleveland and she loves yoga - what more is there to tell? Rachel found yoga at a difficult point in her life - everything had been shaken up due to a sudden and unexpected medical issue. Yoga changed her life. It helped her find her inner strength, taught her patience, self-love and the beauty of enjoying the process. Years later, she still can't get enough of it! Rachel's classes are challenging, empowering and supportive - "I want to help my students to be their best self, on and off the mat". Rachel completed her 200 hour CYT, RYT teacher training in 2015 at Cleveland Yoga. Since then, she has completed additional anatomy training with Gina Schatz.
