I love teaching yoga! Once I fell in love with the practice, I simply had to get certified so I could share it with others. I teach All Levels, Gentle, Vinyasa, Alignment and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. I believe most of us are trauma survivors of some sort and often times our trauma is held or trapped within our bodies, thus healing from the body is the most effective way to holistically recover and heal. I do Trauma Yoga workshops and privates as it's my passion to walk through healing of trauma with others.
