I generally teach a Hatha class that is mellow, warm, and focused on nourishing ourselves in whatever asana or flow we are in by the rhythm of our breath.

The idea is to create a safe and comfortable place for you to come and spend some time with getting comfortable in your body and moving and breathing through and into each moment. We also do a little hip shakin' and lion breathin'

I also teach preschool and am from East both inspire my teaching and practice.
