I was attracted to yoga many years ago through a basic love of dance & fitness & then discovered it was so much more than exercise. Trained with Kailash Tribal school in India in 2010 & 2012 to the level of 500RYT. Always trying to continue my development & learning through self-practice, teaching, taking courses, workshops & classes, reading & watching everything I can find relating to yoga and other health subjects & life. Currently teaching part time in Monaghan region, 6 wk courses & private classes available in Hatha, Vinyasa or flowing styles & tribal ashtanga.
