My aim is to teach mindfully, with compassion and support. I encourage you to believe in your own potential, yet ‘start where you are’. Have an intention for where you want to be, yet be present to ‘now’, for this is where positive change and wholeness begins.

Classes are designed to work on strength, flexibility and balance, bringing you in connection to your natural centre of wellbeing.

Each class will be taught according to the level of experience, using anatomically safe and creative sequencing to warm and prepare for a peak pose (appropriate to the class level), followed by a cooling descent through poses leading to savasana. Some classes may include pranayama and meditation.

Yoga is for everyone, no matter what age, gender or life circumstance, body shape, flexibility, strength or experience.
