Perfect balance of yoga and mindful meditation

Rachel's delivery of mindful yoga is a perfect way to practise peaceful meditation and yoga. Her classes are suitable for all regardless of experience, fitness, health or age. I love the calming atmosphere she creates which helps you to feel relaxed and confident in your own ability to practise yoga. I joined her class as a way to help me through a period of depression and anxiety. The techniques I have learnt during her sessions have aided my recovery and help to bring balance and calm into my life. Highly recommended.

Rachele is simply one of the best yoga teachers

Rachele is one of the best yoga teachers I have experienced. she adjusts her classes to meet the needs of the people in the room encouraging everyone. she checks and adjusts your position if needed and will give alternatives if it's too much of a stretch. Whether a beginner or experienced you will feel comfortable and at ease and come away feeling relaxed, mindful and stretched

Peggy Bailey’s Feedback

20 years ago I practised group Yoga every week. Recently I attended a group Yoga class and found I was unable to do some the movements and poses, that is when I began the one-to-one classes with Rachele. At my initial assessment, it was evident a chair was my best option for most poses. Rachele was very patient with me as she showed me what to do. My sessions were beneficial because: I suffer with arthritic pain in my shoulder which causes tension though-out my whole body.

I was shown how to relax my shoulders and exercise them. I enjoyed the sessions because sometimes I don’t understand at first what I am asked to do and Rachele took her time to show and explain several times until I grasped and did the poses correctly. I try to practise my exercises every morning to set me up for the day’s activities. Thank you!

Fabulous Project!

We think the 'Bedar Eco Centre' and all that Raquel organises to introduce & educate people towards living, thinking & reflecting on a more environmentally way of living, is a such a huge step forward for an area of Spain that is already so spiritually minded but just needs a little more support. If you want a little extra support then then give us a shout. Om Shanti, Om Blessings ॐ X

Amazing. Dee from Mojacar

As a new comer to Yoga I have found the whole experience enjoyable and enlightening. With Rachel,s guidance and expertise I am now realizing how my mind and my body connect.

Not having practised yoga for the last 30-odd years, Rachele was the perfect re-introduction for me. I was not looking for meditational yoga as this is beyond my attention span. With patience and understanding, she has assessed my physical capabilities and taught me how to keep my body in balance. I have been reminded how to breathe purposefully and focus in order to benefit from the asanas we have practiced together. For the future, I intend to participate in the classes on a regular basis. Thank you again Rachele.

and relaxing. She certainly knows her subject. Also I found that she has a superb sense of humour which is instantly relaxing to the pupil.
