Rachelle Krohn, E-RYT was introduced to Yoga in 1997 in Oregon, her native state. She began teaching in 2008 with certifications from AFAA Yoga, PowderBlueCo Pilates-Yoga, FiTour Advanced Yoga. In 2011 she completed the 200 hour RYT at Infusion Yoga with Corena Hammer. Without force. She hopes for people to connect with truth through their version of yoga, ultimately serving universal harmony & progression. Her practice has been inspired by many methods: Anusara, Ashtanga, Forrest, Iyengar, Bikram, Thai Chi, Yin. She teaches eclectic classes around Ogden with practical, life-serving alignments & lessons approachable for all types of people. Rachelle also studies Ayurveda, Kirtan, Chant, Thai massage, Chi Running, & nutrition. She currently studies yoga therapies for the orthopedic body, and recently completed a 20 hour training for TCTSY (trauma center trauma sensitive yoga) for PTSD related traumas.
Rachelle is currently serving as director of the Ogden Yoga festival, a non-profit community event that has been raising funds for the YCC women's shelter since 2011. See for more info.
