Bright and kind

Rachelle gives me a yoga class every week and my life wouldn't be the same without her! I intended to have private classes not only to take care of my body but also to achieve some balance in my life - physically and mentally.

Rachelle is open-minded, eager to look at the big picture (not only through yoga) and to deepen her knowledge in every possible field, which I feel I benefit from as a student. She quickly understood I needed to achieve more fluidity in my movements, which helped a lot. We also work on lowering my anxiety level and increasing my positive energy through breathing practices and sometimes meditation. What I particularly value is the possibility to approach challenging poses in a gentle and safe manner.

By the end of every class I notice I'm feeling much calmer and more balanced, as if my whole energy was finally falling back into its right place. Rachelle is a kind and patient teacher who gives a lot to her students. That’s why I decided to have a second class by her from September on.

softness, kindness

I had the chance to take a class with Rachelle at Be Yoga. She is a very sweet teacher that makes you feel very confortable with the practice. You receive so much warmth and positive vibrations that generates a real and deep well-being and the will to transmit kindness and love to others in return.
She is a blessing!!!
