I love Yoga and firmly believe in its benefits! Incorporating the 8-fold path of yoga and teaching safe, correct movements to avoid injury is my focus. I specialize in yoga for osteoporosis and in restorative yoga. Adding in Feldenkrais movements and Qi Gong lends variety to my classes for the community and at the worksite. In 2001, I became a certified yoga instructor. I was compelled to teach others after experiencing a personal transformation into a more balanced, peaceful and healthy life. I certified as a Relax & Renew trainer in 2010 and continue to study with great teachers to enrich my students.
