I love Yoga and firmly believe in its benefits! The yogic lifestyle transformed me into a more balanced, fearless, and healthy person. I am compelled to help others discover their true self. My classes are much more than doing yoga poses. The focus is on incorporating the 8-fold path of yoga and teaching safe, correct movements to avoid injury. I specialize in movements, breath work, sound vibration, and meditations to bring health, vitality and inner peace. Blending in QiGong energy work and Feldenkrais mindful movements lends additional healing tools for my students.
I became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor in 2001; Relax & Renew Trainer in 2010, and have attended numerous continuing education trainings over the years. I am most enthused about adding Trauma-Informed Yoga & QiGong to my offerings. I enjoy being hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family whenever I can.
