Classes flow based on the type of level with ample detailed alignment instruction that will assist the student get stronger, grounded, and increase flexibility. I help student understand their body and offer options to involve fully at student’s level, honor their limits, and challenge their soul to expand their boundaries. Also, I have a dynamic presence in the class, students see me paying individual attention to their postures.
