Rajni Tripathi grew up with eastern philosophies and modalities rooted in her Indian heritage. She ventured on the path of yoga and meditation to not only be of service to her mind and body, but to share these rich holistic methodologies with others.
As a Multidisciplinary Yoga Teacher (200+RYT) and trained in Prenatal Yoga – Conscious and Sacred Birthing, she guides self exploration through music, meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama) and the physical elements of yoga (asana) to promote, integrate and unify the mind, body and breath. Rajni is currently pursuing 300 hour intensive study from the American Institute of Vedic Studies to become a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and her 500 hour continued training in yogasana and the 8 limbs.
A native of New York and living/traveling/studying in India since a child, Rajni finds the richness of both east and west cultures to be critical in the exploration and discovery of life and all it encompasses. Her intentions are to cultivate and nourish the soft whisperings of awareness that rise from the inside.
