Like many people, I came to yoga looking for help with the aches, pains and stresses of my life. when I discovered Ashtanga 2008, I had already been experiencing 10 years in Pharmaceutical world!I studied with many leading yoga teachers and spent much time on workshops with Manju Jois,Petri raisanen, Peter Sanson . I find John Scott to be most inspiring and respect him as a teacher of mine. I have been trained extensively in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, having spent time in Mysore, India, personally with Sharath and Saraswathi Rangaswami (Guruji's daughter ) and her family.
I also have followed 3 weeks of Pranayama classes in Thailand, Samahita Retreat with Paul Dallaghan in
2014 I completed 200h yoga alliance with John and Lucy's Scott and my journey is continuing on completing 500h Yoga teacher training and assisting with him in Goa this year. March-MAY 2016

The Best Teacher you've ever had

I came to the yoga classes to cure my back pain, otherwise had no other expectations. However Ramona made me fell in love with yoga immediately. Her approach, the way of teaching, explaining every pose and adding the "why" is beyond. After every class with her I feel reenergised, full of strength, connected to my inner being and much more.
She is just an amazing yoga teacher.

Great Teacher

It's my first experience in the yoga world but I felt in love with it from my very first lesson thanks also to the great energy and kindness of the teacher. Probably the best yoga place in Brussel where you learn to take care of you, body & mind.
