I teach Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes to groups and individuals. My classes are suitable for all levels as modifications for beginners and options for more advanced students will be offered. I focus strongly on alignment and adjustments will be given to help the student go deeper into each posture. By focusing on the breath, the student will learn to calm the mind and feel a sense of peace at the end of each session.
