I am a creative yogi and a passionate vege/vegan cook.
I teach dynamic hatha yoga, with a focus on alignment and moving in an easeful flow. I enjoy playful sequencing and I incorporate pranayama and meditation into my classes. Completely dedicated to my practice as a teacher and a student, I encourage others to connect the time they spend on their mats, to their day to day To me yoga is more than a practice, it is a way of living, being, moving in the surrounding space. I hope to inspire others to embark on a journey of self discovery, connection and transformation
