Balance + Burn is a class that focuses on balancing and centering the body while also creating a flow that builds core strength & deep hip flexibility. The class is a Hatha influenced Vinyasa flow, with a slow & steady pace that is perfect for all levels.
This class focuses on restoring your body by aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time assisted by props like blocks, blankets and pillows to help you to hold poses longer. This class is suitable for all levels and is the perfect way to recharge, de-stress, and beat the hectic pace of city life.
