Inspired by love of wellbeing, fuelled by organic living and sustained by practicing yoga.

Rebecca’s own philosophy and classes create an entire experience of ‘mindfulness with movement’. Taking you away from being a slave to ‘captain clock’ and to help train ourselves to ‘let, go’ and live in the present.

Strategic sequencing is designed and changed weekly to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue.

All classes are curated to designed playlists to support an uplifting flow.
