Rebecca began practicing yoga in 2009 in order to find a way to live a more peaceful life. She has always been passionate about fitness and is a former dancer, specifically ballet. Years later she was introduced to yoga it was then she made the connection of what she was missing, a true and real connection to herself, her spirit and beauty. As a natural seeker she wanted to know more, in 2010 Rebecca completed her 200 hr Teacher Training at West Hartford Yoga. She is influenced by Ashtanga, Forrest, and Bikram yoga as well as WHY power yoga. She feels it is a true gift to be able to share yoga with her students. Oh . . . and she LOVES animals. Peace.
