Rebecca Ketchum - I have been teaching movement and body awareness in the form of dance and yoga for over 15 years. Our bodies/minds/spirits are an accumulation of past actions, emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Using the principals of yoga, I aim to help others re-pattern themselves from this past conditioning. Through this mindful practice we can replace our old habits with a healthier and more peaceful way of being. I teach at Kula Yoga Project in NYC.
