I come from a journalistic background and still write and edit as well as teaching yoga in west London.
I have been practising yoga since 1999 and really took to it as a great antidote to a stressful job in a newsroom. Over the years it has helped with relaxation and flexibility. I am so happy that I can share this knowledge with other people, and help to make their bodies and minds stronger.
In 2013 I completed my 200 hours teacher training with the Sivananda yoga school and have since taught small and private classes in the UK, France and Thailand.
I teach mostly around Ealing, Brentford, Chiswick in west London.
