Hello! Yoga helps us all physically feel better, reduce stress and work on areas of the body that need release. I have been teaching hatha yoga for ten years and I own Bozeman Aerial Fitness as a way to share my passion for fitness. I also teach aerial arts and I am a co-founder of Atmosphere Fitness, a company that specializes in aerial arts training certifications for instructors including aerial yoga, aerial hoop and pole fitness. I believe in teaching yoga with safe form and alignment. I also believe the body needs time to get used to new movement. Join me for class.
