I adore yoga so much that I decided to start teaching it since I was talking about it all the time anyway. I love the deeper teachings of the Yoga Sutras and 8 limbed path. I started practicing Ashtanga yoga in I did my 200 hour teacher training in and my 300 hour in 2012. I've also studied Thai Massage and Kirtan.
