I teach Hatha yoga, Gentle yoga, and Pranayama. My students have ranged in age from 10 year-old kids to 75+ seniors. For me, the practice and teaching of yoga is a deeply spiritual experience of expanding and uplifting the mind, spirit, and body, and discovering the joy and delight of that ever-evolving process.
I completed my RYT-200 with Ed Harrold at Comfort Zone Center for Whole Self Health in Lewes, Delaware. I'm currently working on my RYT-500 with Yoganand Michael Carroll in the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. I also study and practice Tibetan Bon meditation, with Gabriel Rocco and Marcy Vaughn, at Contemplative Arts in Bryn Mawr, PA. I'm well trained in providing safe and useful assists to my students, to support them in deepening their practice without the risk of injury.
