I fell in love with yoga the very first time I stepped on a yoga mat, 13 years ago, after my second son was born. I became a teacher in 2004. For me Flow Yoga is all about being joyful, connected and living in the moment. I love the beauty and fluidity of the practice, in particular the marriage of powerful breath and movement, as a form of moving meditation.
