Rugby playing yogi. Rock 'n' Roll yoga is my specialty. I teach a mix of power yoga and vinyasa, with an emphasis on attention to unifying the breath with movement and enjoying the energy flow in one's body. There is a time and place for everything and the yoga I teach is based on interoception (the sense of the physical condition of the body) and the individual making a choice to control the intensity of their movement. I believe all bodies are "good enough" for yoga.
