I have been and I am fortunate to teach and share yoga over a period of many years (15+) with quite a variety of folks and physical abilities.
I teach what ever type of yoga "fits" a community, individual and their needs. I have studied power vinyasa yoga extensively and I also teach many of the gentler traditions of yin and restorative yoga.
