Rhiannon teaches Flow, Pre-Natal, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with an emphasis on finding and following the breath within a pose.
She has been practicing since 2006 and teaching since 2011. Her first training was Power Vinyasa with Nicole Walsh and Muray Hatton at BodyMindLife studio in Sydney. The journey then took her to India to study a therapeutic approach to Yoga with Sunny Richards and Peter Clifford. Back in Sydney she studied Yin Yoga with Melanie McLaughlin and Yoga Nidra with the Satyananda Yoga Academy.
After a lifetime of searching for peace outside of herself these teachers have shown Rhi the way to find balance within. Rhi-Energise is about meeting yourself where you are at and practicing tools to find your most vibrant, vivacious self. Expect gentle flowing classes with an emphasis on connection.
