Rhonda has been practicing yoga for 13 years. She has studied Anusara, Iyengar, and Baptiste styles of yoga. Rhonda is Yoga Alliance certified to teach Power and Prenatal yoga. She also teaches hiking yoga, kids yoga, Mommy & Me, gentle yoga, and slow flow. She holds a masters degree in education from Penn State University and teaches writing at UNCC Charlotte. Rhonda lives in Kings Mountain with her husband and their 5 children. Rhonda believes that yoga is for every person and strives to teach in a way to make it accessible yet challenging.
