Rhonda is a Colorado native. She loves the outdoors, including hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing and biking. When Rhonda first tried yoga 10 years ago she couldn’t relax her body or calm her mind. She was more interested in strenuous cardio exercise. She came back to her mat around the time that her Dad was dying of cancer. This time she began discovering the body, mind, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Yoga became her life raft during this difficult time in her life. She left her high tech job to pursue her new passion. She continues to learn and expand her yoga through self-study, workshops, and trainings.
Rhonda is also a certified holistic health coach. As a trained health coach and yoga teacher, she plans on creating a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She is dedicated to living yoga on and off the mat. Rhonda’s goal is to serve the community and share the gifts of yoga and well being.
