One of my biggest goals is to share the practice of yoga to EVERY BODY :) It is my quest to prove that yoga isn't just for the skinny and strong, the flexible and young, but that for all. I have battled weight issues all my life and the practice has taught me to love my body no matter what size, shape or condition it is in, and that is what I take into my classes.
I am trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Therapy, Kids and Special Needs Yoga. Outside of yoga, I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a University Lecturer.
