I have been practicing yoga for many years now and teaching since 2015. Perhaps as a typical guy, I never really considered yoga as a 'serious' exercise, spending most of my times pumping iron in the gym. How wrong I was! Yoga is so strong, but the physical practice is only a part of it. Calming and grounding have been even more beneficial. And let's put it this way, I have never attended a class or taught one, where at the end of it I've gone "Wow, I wish I never did that!" Never! Namaste.
