Yoga for people who think they can't do yoga. Yoga for people who aren't flexible. Yoga for people who don't want to get out of bed. Yoga for people with chronic illness/pain. Yoga for people who are just feeling crummy! I get I am most of these things, every day. The hardest thing is getting on your mat. Making that choice to practice. To be committed, to feel your feels, and to harness your discipline. It's challenging, no doubt. Together, we can forge this path to a better you.
