Introduced to ballet at the age of 4, I've always enjoyed both the lightness and strength you can achieve through dancing. It is much the same in yoga. It is the practice of breathing that can improve and 'still' every movement. No matter where you are in your life or practice, once you step on your mat, you practice to centre and accept yourself, both your strengths and weaknesses.
Instructing both Bikram and Vinyasa, both aids the other, offering different benefits but the same belief system.
It's always good to be reminded how intertwined all the different yoga styles are, but at the end of the day it is all one union.
