Born and raised n Salt Lake City. I have always enjoyed being active, living a healthy lifestyle and being outdoors. I love hiking, snowboarding, working out, and of course yoga! I have had a love for health and fitness since a very young age. I always wanted to teach health and fitness but wasn’t sure where to take it. My mom was a bit of a health nut and taught me to always take care of your health. She was a huge inspiration to me and continues to be in spirit.
About 10 years ago I found yoga. I was originally drawn to the physical aspect of it but found it to be incredibly healing to not only the body but to the mind and spirit. It helped me heal from some pain after losing my mom. I had no idea I wanted to teach yoga but just knew that I felt so much internal peace when I practiced. A few years ago I walked into The Lotus Wellness spot in Ogden to take a yoga class and I just felt so drawn to the space. In 2017 I made the decision I wanted to deepen my practice and become certified and registered for the 200 hour RYT program in this beautiful space. It was life changing. I knew I made one of the best decisions of my life and it just felt right. I have found yoga to be so healing in every way and I just want to share this beautiful healing practice with the world.
