In 2003 I did the 200 Hour yoga teacher training program at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass, and was certified to teach yoga. I also studied Jivamukti yoga at their center in NYC, and practiced Iyengar yoga in India with a direct student of GuruJi. All my various teachers over the years have influenced my yoga teaching style. Through yoga I have developed strength and calm. Yoga philosophy has become a way of life for me and it deeply grounds
I started teaching yoga in 2003 and have taught on and off since then. In 2007 I opened "YogaTwist" - the first yoga studio in Belmopan, the capital city of Belize.
